Kennen Sie auch das bekannte Problem auf der Baustelle, dass Schienen und Profile in Standardlängen geliefert werden?
The truck loaded with materials arrives at the construction site and is unloaded. After that, work should begin as quickly as possible. Now, the responsible specialists at the construction site must first take each profile individually in their hands, if the required dimensions differ from the standard length, and measure, mark and manually saw them to the appropriate size. The multitude of work processes and different dimensions that must be adhered to are subject to the well-known factors of human error and time.
The entire project should be completed as quickly and efficiently as possible, without any errors.
But people are not machines that can be set up and programmed to function seemingly endlessly. People are subject to a wide variety of dependencies and influences, which can potentially lead to errors in the execution of their work. These can manifest themselves, for example, in the form of incorrect cuts of the delivered materials. This can result in additional costs in the construction project, delays in the project schedule due to possible material redeliveries and increased workload for specialist personnel.
To help you overcome this problem, Sikla GmbH has developed its cutting and pre-assembly service.
Perfectly cut to length
Mounting rails and siFramo profiles tailored to your needs.
With the Sikla cutting service, we deliver rail and siFramo profile cuts to the construction site according to your requirements. This means you only receive the material you actually need for your project. On the one hand, we use state-of-the-art sawing technology to ensure that rails and profiles are cut to length with millimetre precision, actively counteracting labour-intensive cutting on the construction site and enabling our customers to make efficient use of their skilled personnel. On the other hand, you no longer have to worry about managing or
recycling residual material, as we work on a flat-rate price per piece.
In order to ensure the highest quality and precision for you, when cutting our rails and profiles, we take into account, if desired, the hole pattern and the length determination of the saw lengths, which are shortened by adjacent weld seams on the items (e.g. end adapters or WBD holders).
Optional pre-assembled delivery
As part of its customer-oriented prefabrication service, Sikla offers the delivery of a defined order-related quantity of items, which are delivered pre-packed in a single shipment.

Your advantages at a glance
- Simple and accurate cost calculation
- Time and cost savings
- No cumbersome cutting to length on the construction site
- No residual material
Prefabrication service with factory guarantee
If rails and profiles need to be cut to size anyway, why not pre-assemble them? That's exactly what we thought.

Every construction site faces time constraints. This is where our prefabrication service comes in, offering smart, customised fastening solutions for building services and industrial installations. Our in-house pre-assembly service significantly minimises the assembly work required on site, resulting in shorter construction times and cost certainty thanks to fixed final costs. In addition, there is no need to hire costly subcontractors to connect rails and/or profiles in order to pre-assemble crossbars or similar components. The service we offer is the perfect solution for companies that want to save time or have limited human resources.

At Sikla, you get everything from a single source, even with a manufacturer's warranty!
What information do we require for pre-assembly?
- Drawing including dimensions and marking of the rail opening
- (For larger items, include item numbering on the drawing)
- Drawing-related parts list
