The challenges you frequently encounter include varying load requirements, different orientations of the media to be fixed, diverse on-site mounting situations, and applications both indoors and outdoors. This variety of influencing factors makes it very difficult to plan the correct frame construction and easily implement it on-site.
For efficient frame building
To comprehensively address these challenges in the area of low to medium load requirements, we have revised, optimized, and expanded our entire range of connectors with additional products. For heavy load requirements, we offer the siFramo system.
With the new range of connectors, we provide you with unprecedented flexibility in the application of frame constructions and supports, ensuring that the above-mentioned requirements can also be easily met with our proven siconnect mounting system 41.
The advantages of the revised range
-
Simple and rapid installation using the trusted Pressix system
-
Minimal components thanks to pre-assembled connectors
-
Adjustable rail openings for rapid frame assembly
-
Diamond-shaped embossing for strengthening connectors at the mounting point
-
These connectors can realize all nodes. Corner connectors should be used in pairs for crossbeam assembly.
-
All new connectors are available as HCP variants: Suitable for higher corrosion requirements (e.g., outdoor applications).

Corner Bracket EW 41-1
We have redesigned the classic corner bracket into a new, technically improved design, which you can find in our new range as Corner Bracket EW 41-1.
Complemented by our proven Pressix CC base components, the Angle Connector EV CC 41-1 allows for simple and notably faster installation.

Angle Connector EV CC 41-2
For securing the frame constructions to the structure, we have designed a variant of the corner connector with two Pressix CC base components in the longer leg and without corresponding base components in the shorter legs on both sides – Angle Connector EV CC 41-2 W. These two free holes in the short leg of the connector allow it to be directly mounted to the structure using anchors.
Complemented by two additional proven Pressix CC base components, Angle Connector EV CC 41-2 allows for quick assembly on 41 mounting rails. The U-shape of the longer leg enables rotation of the rail slot in three directions for maximum flexibility during installation.

Angle Connector EV CC 41-3
Even more flexibility in connecting two rails is offered by Angle Connector EV CC 41-3. Due to its additionally attached tab at the lower end, this rail can also be rotated in two directions. Directly integrated CC base components of the Pressix system significantly simplify and accelerate assembly. The continuous weld seam increases the spring stiffness of the components, thereby improving the absorption of moments when the corner connector is used in pairs.

Angle Connector EV CC 41-4
The Angle Connector EV CC 41-4, can ideally be used to create corner nodes of the rail system 41 and can accommodate rails from up to four directions. Complemented by our Pressix CC base components for quick assembly of frame constructions. The continuous weld seam increases the spring stiffness of the components, thereby improving the absorption of moments when the corner connector is used in pairs.
