Prefabricated assemblies offer enormous savings potential and are an indispensable component of modern installations.
We manufacture clever, customised fastening solutions for building services and industrial installations. This minimises installation costs, shortens construction time and provides calculation reliability. Our high degree of prefabrication enables us to deliver individual, project-specific small series.
The individual Sikla prefabrication service reduces planning effort and saves valuable time during installation. Tailor-made solutions, which are delivered to the construction site fully assembled and only need to be fastened, are key competitive factors. In the first step, our professional teams of engineers develop a technical design. Based on this, a parts list, structural and strength calculations, and CAD drawings are created and approved. Then the profiles are cut to size in the prefabrication department based on the previously approved production drawings.
We also offer the option of pre-assembly – the ideal solution for saving time and capacity on the construction site. As part of our customer-oriented prefabrication service, Sikla pre-assembly offers the delivery of a defined order-related quantity of items, which are delivered pre-packed in a single delivery.

This enables our professional installation team to smoothly assemble our entire product portfolio. As can be seen in the video, the siFramo support profile can be quickly and efficiently installed with other system products. The patented design of the siFramo profiles increases functionality/rigidity by up to 50% with the same amount of material.
siFramo is the first assembly system with One-Screw Technology that requires only one type of screw for all components and loads. This makes assembly quick and easy without the need for lock nuts. In addition, a precise cold work hardening of the nut thread is guaranteed and the HCP surface coating ensures lasting corrosion protection. Flexible designs also offer high load-bearing capacity through the use of, for example, the WD F80 angle bracket. The assembly system allows for installation with a minimum of tools. Our prefabricated designs effectively reduce the amount of work and assembly time required on site.
During prefabrication, we pack and label all pre-assemblies as agreed with the customer to support efficient assembly on site. Finally, all pre-assemblies are loaded by our specialist staff and transport to the construction site is arranged safely, reliably and just-in-time.
